Our Team

Christie Erickson

Christie Erickson is a Licensed Ocularist in Washington State, a Board Certified Ocularist (BCO) and a Board Approved Diplomate Ocularist (BADO). Specializing in ocular prosthetics since 1981, Christie places her emphasis on the satisfaction and well-being of every patient. Her skill and expertise are equally matched by her personalized care for patients and attention to detail. Christie enjoys gardening, watching hummingbirds on her deck, hiking and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

"One of the greatest compliments we receive is when others (including medical professionals) do not recognize that a patient has an artificial eye. What a boost this is for a patient's self-esteem!"

Todd Cranmore

Todd Cranmore is a Licensed Ocularist in Washington State, a Board Certified Ocularist (BCO) and a Board Approved Diplomate Ocularist (BADO). Combining medicine, artistry and engineering, Todd creates an amazing replica of the natural eye. Along with his education in ocular prosthetics, he has earned a degree in biochemistry from the University of Washington. Todd loves hanging out with his family, prefers to be out on the water boating and especially loves wake surfing.

"Our patients continually challenge us to be the best at what we do. The face is such a huge focal point in our society, we go to great efforts to match the color and symmetry of the natural eye."

Tawnya Cranmore

Tawnya has enjoyed being involved with Erickson Labs Northwest for many years, behind the scenes, as a supporting wife to Todd. She has lived in Washington her whole life and went to the University of Washington. Tawnya officially joined the team in October 2015 to hire our new fantastic staff. She began her apprenticeship in 2016 and is looking forward to this new adventure. After being a stay-at-home mom for the past 12 years for their 3 wonderful children, she loves the opportunity to be a part of the great work happening at Erickson Labs Northwest. She enjoys being with friends and family, game nights, volunteering at school and church, and walks and hikes.

"I am amazed every time I see a completed eye and love the privilege of witnessing restoration for patients."

Carri Grosenick

Carri recently joined our team in March 2016 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is originally from Marianna, Florida, but spent the majority of her youth in Woodinville, Washington. Carri studied Human Services at Western Washington University in Bellingham. She now lives in Kirkland with her husband, Gunnar, and their fur-baby, Lucy, the Australian Shepard. Carri and her family can be found out on Lake Washington sailing, camping in the Methow Valley of Eastern Washington or gardening in their backyard.

"I was drawn to Erickson Labs Northwest because of the priority on patients and their journey to feeling more confident in their healing process."

Jenny Bolt

Jenny recently joined the team in June 2017 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is originally from Vancouver, WA, but has spent the past 8 years living in the Spokane, WA area. Jenny graduated with her BA in Children's Studies from Eastern Washington University, where she met her husband, Steven. Jenny and Steven recently moved to Bothell with their sweet, mischievous Chihuahua named Lumen, and look forward to spending more time with family and friends in the area. Jenny can usually be found doing something creative, volunteering at church, or enjoying game nights with those she loves.

"I was impressed by the care that the team shows to each person that walks through the door. It's a genuine kindness that shines through each of them and makes this office such a wonderful place to work!"

Emily Spiker

Emily joined the Erickson Lab Northwest team as an Administrative Coordinator in January 2016. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, grew up in Valrico, Florida and recently moved to Washington. Emily has been married to Eric for 15 years. They have two girls, Abi, 10 and Molly, 8. Some of Emily's favorite things to do are to craft and to create home decor out of old, forgotten and reclaimed pieces.

"I love the atmosphere, it really is a family here! Everyone from the Ocularist to the administrative staff to the patients is part of the Erickson Labs Northwest family and you can sense that the moment you come into the office."

Rachel Cobban

After 10 years of giving her heart to us all, Rachel has moved back to her hometown to be near her parents. Rachel and her husband, RK, and their two dogs, Charlie and Perri, just welcomed a new baby girl, Rosie Marie! Rosie is so amazingly delightful - and an amazing answer to prayer. We wish them all well on their new adventures in Portland!

"I love our patients and I have a special fondness for new patients. I never tire of hearing their stories and helping make this a positive visit with a happy outcome for both the patient and their families."
